We really enjoyed our meal at Alice's on Bayview. The food was great and the service was first rate. We highly recommend it.

Really cool place..very warm and inviting...went on a Sunday for brunch ..live Jazz music was a nice touchBartender suggested his favorite dish and it was amazing! Poached eggs, steak ,with the homemade hollandaise sauce!!!Yesss. I will be back! Great experience Will be serving fresh shucked oysters soon.

Alice's is just a very good local restaurant with good food in a warm & friendly atmosphere. Alice is A#1 customer service! She and her staff do everything possible to make their customers feel welcome and taken care of. A place where you first go as a stranger...and leave as a friend! Highly recommend!

Excellent Shrimp! Cole Slaw has a nice kick to it. Grits were amazing! Smoked tuna dip was very good too.

What a great choice to spend our anniversary here! I got everything I was looking for, a cozy hole in the wall place with great food and relaxing atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing!! Erin really helped us make fine choices from the menu. She has great taste! My favorite was the Smoked Tuna dip with their homemade chips appetizer. My hubby was reluctant but wow Erin's suggestion was spot on! Yum! Take some time out to enjoy an amazing evening at Alice's on Bayview!

Had the smoked chicken which was out of this world amazing. However the sides were inedible. Restaurant was soooooo hot we were all sweating and the music was too loud for conversation.

We just came out to see Christmas lights and take a stroll in St. Andrews Marina. Since we parked all way by the water, on the way back we decided to stop by Alice’s to take a look at the menu. Needless to say we decided to dine in and quite enjoyed the food, good music, pleasant atmosphere and excellent friendly service. We have had kids with us and had some “concerned” looks towards us when we first came in. However, kids were well behaved and tired, so we didn’t disturb anyone’s evening. One of the musicians actually approached us, and made us feel very welcomed and had short conversation about kids and etc. To sum it up, She crab soup (ordered bowl) and Alice’s tuna dip- it was amazing! My husband liked the Mahi fish sandwich with fries. The food was out in mins! Rick(server) was great! Definitely coming back there again!

Wow! Just left Alice's. Food was fantastic, service excellent. Alice is blessed with a phenomenal chef. And Rick provided friendly, efficient service. Wish I lived here so I could go all the time.

The service was excellent and the fried seafood was really good. But I don't have a desire to go back. I can't put my finger on it.

Party of 12 visited Alice’s for dinner Monday evening at 6:30. We had a variety of food orders. We had very good service from the waiter. He did an excellent job! I had grilled Crab Claws and the seafood sampler. The shrimp had a very very strong fish taste and the rest seem to taste ok. I found it strange to have about (8) fried oysters on the plate which dominated the meal. One if these items made me very sick beginning in the early hours the next morning. This lasted all freaking day long. My daughter likewise became sick later the next day and it has carried over still today. The rest of the adults voted not to return. She-crab soup was really good. Live music most nights, and they host the Gulf Coast Jazz society every month, too.

I went for lunch and ordered a shrimp plate to go. The host, who sent me over to the bar to order, was pleasant and attentive. The male server at the bar left much to be desired. The plate, which came out to over $16 after tax, only had 6 small shrimp on it. The cheese grits were bland. After I'd left the restaurant, I discovered I wasn't given anything to eat with. I returned and asked for eating utensils and was given a pack that was opened and had dried, crusted food on the wrapper. I dont think I'll eat there again.

Great spot by the marina and local shops. Excellent grouper sandwich and slaw!!! Good service too.

Tried a new to us place tonight. The tuna dip was yummy. My salad was really good.... especially the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Ron’s gumbo was yummy too. I had meatballs with Parmesan grits and tomato gravy. Ron got a Mahi sandwich. 😋 Food was good. Service was a little slow in terms of refills and condiments. But we will return. And will try to make it before the sunset next time. (Bathroom Art was entertaining too.)

Eat the desert first!! Creamy creme brulee and to die for bread pudding!! Steaks were cooked just right and the server suggested crab imperial. It was ok but the steaks were great on their own. The green beans were fresh and cooked just right! The sweet potatoes were soft and creamy. Would have liked to add butter because butter makes everything better in my opinion 😁 Great suggestion from the "Hair Goddess!"

First impressions are great. It is a nice setting with a cute atmosphere, a diverse menu, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, food quality and service are extremely disappointing. We ordered two standard brunch entrees 5 minutes after arriving and we waited for our food for over 40 minutes. The entrees were simple but both came out incorrectly (one missing an item, both with the eggs cooked incorrectly). There was no acknowledgment that the food took an exorbitant amount of time. The sausage patties and hash browns were pretty clearly from a bag and were frozen and then reheated. We can understand an extended wait for excellent food, but this was not at all the case. We were first-time customers and will not be returning.

Clean, inviting establishment. Alice's is one of those places and can easily go unnoticed from the outside but on the inside its unforgettable. The new owners did a great job remodeling and opening up the floor plan. The menu has a good selection and the food is great. Live music (when offered) can be a little loud depending where you sit. The bar is clean and blends well.

We eat there several times month. The service is excellent... And the food is to die for. Try the salmon,.. it's excellent.

Very good food, but not many vegan options. However, they offered to make up a vegan dressing for their fun salad.

The menu has a wide menu to choose from with fresh fish, which is my draw. We ate at the bar and the tender, Derrick was excellent at keeping us company while keeping the food and liquids flowing. I'd highly recommended this location to my fellow cyclist.

I absolutely loved this place. Best she-crab soup in the 850, but probably the United States as a whole. Beautiful interior and great service paired with impeccable food, this place cannot be beat! We went back the next day too because it was so good. I definitely recommend. How can you beat fresh, homemade food?

I was skeptical when I looked at the brunch menu. Alice's offers a different type of food than I am used to eating. I ordered the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and a biscuit. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. In a world of mediocre restaurant food, Alice's was a nice surprise. I will go back and try one of their other meals.

No social distancing practiced unlike every other restaurant in town. We asked if they were going to distance out the tables, and they said they don’t do that! Very upsetting that they aren’t taking this seriously. If we weren’t forced to travel during these times, we would be sitting at home and not in restaurants.

WOW. What a great place. Food was delicious. Had the chicken wings which a nice smokey flavor, real gulf grilled shrimp was super fresh and burger was cooked perfect. Sides had just as much attention as the main dishes. Great looking deserts, need to save room for those next time. Service was wonderful and happy hour drink special was a pleasant surprise. Relaxing atmosphere with private outside seating available. Also, great place for small banquets. Definitely my new favorite place!!!!!

Ummmm no. Our food was not good. The chicken was very dry and so was the cornbread. The presentation of my meal as well as my aunts meal was beautiful but I did not enjoy my plate either. I ordered the seafood platter and the majority of my food was either overcooked and or extremely dry. The grits as well as the mash potatoes taste like they were made out of a box. I would not come back. Our waiter and service was excellent.

Alice's is always a great choice for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The food is always delicious, service is always great, and the bands which play on some days are perfect for dining. Alice's offers a full bar with craft brew selections as well as a healthy wine menu. I recommend the smoked tuna dip, salmon, and if you're looking for something light but filling, the romaine lettuce wedge, with a side of grilled shrimp is perfect. Dress is casual, anything from tie and jacket to polo, to nicer t-shirt will be fine. Great place for a date night or the starting point of a night out.

Hey, really like this place. I will go back. Great staff, I only had a salad with fried oysters added but it was very good and the salad was fresh. Next time I will try their steak or seafood. Will probably take friends atmosphere: I always have a problem with this question. better than homey, but less than upper crust lol

A little on the pricy side for both food and drink but good food.

Kind of an old folks hang out. But the food was awesome. I had seafood platter. Crab claws, scallops, fried clams, grouper, shrimp. $29. Not bad

Great waterfront eatery, you must try the Romaine Wedge Salad.

First time here, and impressed. Friendly and very helpful staff all around. Reasonable prices. The shrimp creole was fantastic. Will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu.

Shrimp tastes like chemicals, key lime pie had watery coolwhip and, the coleslaw taste like nothing but onions.
